Quilt Challenge from Sager Creek

Housebound Challenge

I love SPRING!  It offers hope of new beginnings.  It is a beautiful day here at Sager Creek perfect for National Quilting Day!

(I have no idea why this picture will only load on this email sideways)

While most of us are spending LOTS of time at home, I am challenging you to make your own HOUSEBOUND quilt.  There are many patterns for little house blocks available and you are welcome to use your own pattern, but I have drafted a house block pattern to finish 4”.  It will be available as a FREE download to get you started.    I will be posting pictures of blocks that I finish on our Facebook page and I invite you to share yours as well.  I’m thinking one block for each day we are housebound.  (I would like to think that this will be a tiny quilt because we are housebound for only a few housebound days).    I will be adding a few tree blocks to my blocks.

I will be going LIVE on Facebook next week (something new for me) to share my techniques for foundation piecing.  Watch our Facebook page (Sager Creek Quilts) for more information about our Live demo.
